Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Each decant is freshly made using clean tools and new atomizers. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time: All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment.
Shipping Rates:
- Flat $6 shipping anywhere in the continental United States
- All orders include tracking
Packaging: Every order is securely wrapped, padded, and leak‑protected to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help resolve it quickly.
Order Changes: If you need to update your address or order details, reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes can’t be made.
