Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship via USPS to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided.

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. Address changes after order placement may not be possible.

Package Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Monitor your tracking for delivery updates.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is confirmed delivered by USPS tracking, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-Delivery: If tracking shows your package was not delivered after the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll help investigate with USPS.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs before we can reship your order.

Weather & Seasonal Considerations

Extreme temperatures may affect fragrance quality. During very hot summer months or freezing winter conditions, we may hold shipments or use special packaging to protect your products.
